Default first and last names to empty if they don't exist

The placeholders {{firstName}} and {{lastName}} depend on the availability of the contact in Google Contacts.

If the contact doesn't exist,

the app is now able to detect and skip {{firstName}} and {{lastName}}

, even they are used in the template.
